For those that do the chicken at home, which sauce and what method have you had the msot success with? We've got some hot stuff at the mo but whenever I marinade I can never get it to be anything like the stuff they do at the restaurant
They do proper bottles of marinade you know?
are you just using the Peri peri?
although i do have quite a good local one i think, tried a different one and it was a bit meh
Love the Perinaise and chips, the sweet potato mash and the Nata cakes.
