NAS advice

Hi
Looking for a NAS that will support both a PC and an iMac. Probably looking at 6-8TB Any recommendations?

Well you access the NAS' settings via http and possibly SSH, and I take it Mac's support Samba network shares? Any NAS should do.

Synology or Qnap, cross compatibility between the 2 platforms and file sharing is one of the core features of all NAS nowadays.

Using Synology DS range to do exactly this with 8TB Raid 5 across 4 drives, and a cheaper Netgear 8TB Raid 5 NAS also so you won't have any trouble with these to brands.
