is NAS drives working also like USB drive connected via USB?
I need to buy drive with network and also USB connection to connect with my plasma via USB PANASONICVIERA TX-P50ST30

Err...if I understand your english correctly, then why do you need a USB connection? Your TV has network capability and is DLNA certified so having a NAS plugged into the network would mean your TV should be able to access it.
You 'may' need 3rd party media centre software to assign the NAS as a media share, but not necessarily.

Did you not get any software with your TV? If not, it may be that you don't need any, but i would imagine that your TV will only play certain filetypes. Whereas with a half decent media centre software it can encode most fileformats on the fly.
Have a look at servio media server.

just found it Panasonic TX-P50ST30 was the lack of DLNA networking so need another solutions

You'd be best to buy a streamer such as WDTV Live, xstreamer, boxee, popcorn hour, asus o-play, etc.

The streamer will read files from your NAS (either wired ethernet, or wireless) and you connect the streamer to your tv (HDMI).

Most streamers will handle pretty much any file type you throw at them, whereas connecting to the TV via USB, you may run into some problems playing certain files (depending how good the software is in the TV).

Aaah...one website i looked said your tv WAS DNLA certified.
My bad.
In that case, i'd do what div0 has suggested, get an hdmi streamer llike WDTV live or something similar.
