NAS storage options

Im looking to purchase a NAS to distribute my HD movies, music and media. I have 4 TB SATA drives and therefore require one which allows for at least 4TB capacity with GB ethernet.

I like the look of the Thecus 4100+, and wondered if any of you have one of these and can let me know what you think of it.

Also, are there any other options I should be looking at?

I am not sure about the Thecus 4100+, however I have been considering the following 4TB units:

* Buffalo Terrastation II
* LaCie 4TB NAS

Both seem to get OK reviews

I would also be interesed in what people think.
