I recently purchased a 2 disk synology NAS and set it up with 2x3TB drives mirroring each other. This appears to work pretty well but the options available for backing up to Cloud are terrible.
The best of the bunch is HiDrive and when i say 'best of the bunch' i still mean that it is truly rubbish. This also includes their support which is based in Germany and is about as unhelpful as you can find. They come back to your questions with questions....
Anyway, I am hoping that someone could give me recommendations on a suitable replacement but it MUST have a tried and testing cloud backup solution, ideally in the U.K. It MUST also be able to do incremental backups as i am finding many people are complaining that the software on these devices really is not doing that well.
Key Requirements are:
1. It MUST MUST have a decent cloud backup option that provides incremental backups.
2. I have two 3TB disks already so i want to be able utilise those.
Anyone got experience with a NAS for the office that is working well with incremental backups?
