It says on the email to print the e-ticket but I have forgot to do this.

Am I fine showing the ticket and barcode on my phone like most places accept now or does it specifically need to be printed?

I can print it but would need to walk 15 mins to work

I've used my phone before, but I imagine it's highly dependant on the staff there. I wouldn't risk it for the sake of 15-30 minutes!

I lost the ticket I printed off so showed them the email confirmation and he was fine with that and this was two days ago.

Just ensure you have saved on your phone the booking / ticket reference number, ticket type, and the journey reference.

EDIT: I would however though try to print it off because you do get some drivers who are jobs worth.

It's been a few years since I last used National Express, but I do remember you can either order an e-ticket (email) or an m-ticket (sent by SMS). Perhaps you could log back in and re-issue it as an m-ticket? Think it costs 20p + your network rate. Alternatively, any mates local to you with a printer?
