Navicat MySql Equivalents (Free?)

Have just finished a 30 day trial of navicat which was pretty good.

I'm new to all of this and I found it easier to use navicat rather than the web-based interface (phpmyadmin I think) that my hosting co uses to fiddle with the database I'm now looking after for my softball league.

Is there any equivalent software that I could download a trial of, or even better something free that does the same job?

I use phpmyadmin a lot, but I've also used these
MySQL Administrator

Take a look there and see if either of those apps would do the job for you

theres meant to be one called mysql front, but i would give another vote for phpmyadmin, excellent tool

mysql front is good, seems to randomly crash fairly frequently though.

You can get the "Lite" version of MySQL Manager from http://www.sqlmanager.net/en/products/mysql/manager - I use the MSSQL version at work and its pretty good

I've tried a bunch of these programs over the last year or so. I still come back to SQLyog as I think it's bestest
