navigation cross browser compatibility help

Ok i have this navigation here

Now the second level navigation looks fine in FF but in IE 7 it jumps right meaning you can't cross over to the second level navigation.

If i make so it's right in IE 7 then the second level underlaps the first level in FF.

Any ideas on a fix for this?
