Navigation software A4

I've currently got the Audi Navigation Plus (RNS-E) Version 2007 that came with my 56 reg Audi A4. The latest version is 2011, however there seems to be several firmware updates. How do I find out the current firmware version ?

I think it's within the Setup function, but I'm sure a call to Audi will sort it. I can have a look later when I am back at my car. I've seen it on screen in the past I'm sure and I hope the disk is better than the crappy one I've got in, which i think was 2008.

iirc, the disc will have the firmware update too.
