navman and windows 7

hi i have a navman with navdesk installed on my pc when i update to windows 7 64bit sp1 it will not update my speed cameras !
any ideas please

check theres and exception for it in your firewall, easy way is to disable firewall for a couple of mins and try it, if that works you know the culprit
