Nduja

Picked up some proper Sicilian nduja on the weekend.

Tried some at the stall and wow, it is spicy.

What do I do with it? :D

Sprinkle chunks of it on pizza. Serve by itself with sour dough. Add as part of a base for ragu style sauces. Stick it with some vintage cheddar in a sandwich. Just eat it with a big spoon. You can do tons with it :)
 
It's amazing in anything! Literally. Toast, scoop in a sauce, any food basically. Omelettes even. Anything you can think of cooking, becomes better with some added.
