I'm just restarting my weight work, and one part of my body i'd like to work is my neck. I do Dumbbell shrugs atm, but i'm wondering if there are any other useful techniques?
Also I want to work on my lower legs. I've looked at doing calf raises (using Dumbbells), but I struggle to stay balanced when using sufficiently heavy weights. Am I doing something wrong? Should I maybe only have a Dumbbell in one hand rather than one in each?
