I used to do bridges a lot (big favorite of wrestlers). Probably will start again if I'm going back to playing rugby. Careful though, you can hurt yourself if you're not sure what you're doing.
I've always had a reasonably skinny neck, so wouldn't mind bulking it out a bit. Having said that I have had some neck growth in the past 4 months at the gym. But I just wanted to know if there was any more targetted exercises..
What type of compound exercises are best for including the neck?
I think you should just carry on the way your exercising, I find and many other people will probably find also that the neck muscles are one of the easier muscles to grow and seem to grow when doing the other essential weights, but if you want some specific exercises look here http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/exercises.htm
