Need a 50inch tv

My sharp Tv.got lines going down it so needs replacing.
Need a TV that has scary, VGA, hdmi, component input and possibly svideo too.
Any recommendations for a 50incher?
Will be used for gaming on a Wii and some retro consoles too

Would a regular modern TV work and just, if possible, grab a converter for when you need it? For example, https://www.chesterdigitalsupplies.co.uk/composite-rca-to-hdmi-converter. Which you just hook up as and when required? Don't know if you can get a VGA style one as well. Or perhaps an all-in-one box?

That's a big ask and my first thought would be to simply replace your current TV with the same model (used) if that's handling everything? Otherwise, you'll probably need to go old skool and used to get the old input types, such as this Pioneer PDP-506PE 50" Plasma with media receiver and speakers used for £260 on the bay link

SCART, VGA, DVI, S-Video, Composite, HDMI etc.

Or, as suggested get a convertor. This one handles a little more but it's still missing a few and the whole affair would start getting a little messy.

Dang the sharp brand TV I got must have been something special, it's crap on build quality so will hunt something else down

Yeah as suggested just get whatever TV you like in your budget and buy either an all in one box as above or just the individual cables which you can get for £5-10 each.

Maybe look for a TV with a fair few HDMI ports then you can have each cable plugged into one ready to go.
