Need a captcha added to site

Hi all,

I have a Contact Me page on a small website that works perfectly for my needs but i'm getting a huge amount of auto-bot spam. I think I need one of those Captcha things - anyone interested in having a look please (will pay) as my programming is zero.

To narrow down if somone is able to help, you might need yo give a link or a little background, such as the language used etc.

Thank you and apologies, it is HTML I have a message box and an email box and a submit button. If there could be some kind of captcha before the person contacting me is allowed to press 'submit' that would be perfect.
 
Usually there will be a server side language and the front end will output html, but its rare you would have a site that is just html (unless its small static content). Drop me a PM and i can have a nosey. Don't want any money for just looking into it though :)
 
Just use a google account with the following url.

reCAPTCHA is a security service that protects your websites from fraud and abuse.

It's changed a bit since I used it a long time ago but once you set up the url of your website and choose which type of captcha protection you want, I guess it will offer you a snippet of code to copy into the appropriate place on the page you want the added protection on.

If it's wordpress just install an addon for it, though with our testing and seeing most sites switching I'd go with Cloudflare Turnstile, doesn't annoy your actual users with having to solve a captcha.
