Need a conversion tool msv -> mp3/wav

I have a sony IC recorder which records files in msv format

is there a reasonable audio conversion tool to conver these to mp3
(ideally freeware)

A program called "Switch" works, but I don't want to fork out $85ish for it

WMA Workshop might be what your after, only a free trial though (14 days?) IIRC

After long google search and comparison, i finally find a simple method to convert MSV to MP3 succesully.
