Need a few bits but should I upgrade the whole lot?

So basically to turn my PC on I have to hit the power switch and press the power button on the case until it turns on which can take 5 mins sometimes, I hear electricity and it's not good so I'm going to buy a case and a PSU. I'm looking at this for the case

I love the look of it to be honest but no idea on the PSU, I'm only going to be running one card which atm is the KFA2 980 HOF edition. I'd also definitely like to get a new bigger SSD.

My current spec is
Intel Core i7-3930K 3.20GHz (Sandybridge-E) Socket LGA2011 Processor
Asus ROG Swift,
KFA2 980 HOF
Asus Rampage IV Formula Intel X79 (Socket 2011) DDR3 Motherboard
Crucial RealSSD M4 512GB 2.5" SATA 6Gbs Solid State Hard Drive
XFX 1000W Black Edition Pro '80+ Platinum' Certified Modular Power Supply
G.Skill RipJawsZ 16GB (4x4GB) DDR3 PC3-17000C9 2133MHz DualQuad Channel Kit (F3-17000CL9Q-16GBZH)

I guess if it is worth upgrading my budget is around £2,000. If I was to upgrade I think I'd have to get the new Asus Rampage board as that looks amazing. If it's not worth the upgrade yet then what PSU/HDD should I get? Also would it be worth getting an enclosed water cooling unit as at the moment I have a massive air cooling one (Akasa AK-CC4008HP01 Venom Voodoo CPU Cooler)

I mainly game at the moment really and that's about it.

Thanks

Although I'm using an AIO, I prefer large air coolers. If the fan on an air cooler fails, you've still got a big passive heatsink.

I'd stick to a new case and PSU. Your power issue could be a bad PSU, a bad case switch or both. The case you've chosen looks great, so just get a decent PSU. Even with overclocking, you only need a good 550W-650W PSU. I'd suugest the EVGA G2 and GS series. The G2 is a Superflower unit, the GS is made by Seasonic.

The Superflower Leadex units are good as well, although you can't turn the LEDs off. The XFX XTR series are good PSUs as well and are a Seasonic unit.

I'd just overclock your CPU and grab a 1080.
Thanks mate.

Awesome thank you mate appreciated.

So I went with the case and a new PSU for the time being as nothing is really testing my system at the moment really.
