need a free software to record from webcam

Hi guys i need a free app that will allow me to record videos from web cam. i actually have a decent one installed called Debut Video Capture Software but with this i cannot seem to get microphone to work so when i record i get no sound.

Adobe Flash Media Live Encode 3 seems to allow recording. Just disable internet streaming option before clicking start.

thank you guys, i found out the problem , my soundcard for some reason does not allow audio record with these software via rear connector but did allow me when i used front case (antec1200) jack.
