any help would be apreceated

thx in advance

The Samsung 32" Neo G7 UHD 165Hz Mini LED Odyssey Monitor is similar spec but slightly larger. More dimming zones too I think. There is probably a 27" version I've not looked tbh.

Last week the Alienware 27” 360hz oled. (AW2725DF) was £481 delivered.
Cracking deal if you’re after another 27”

I went for the AW3225QF for £720. (Acer X34 > AW3225QF)

idd concider if its would perform better than what i have

Depends what you mean by perform. Personally, I think that many gaming monitors sacrifice too much to achieve "gaming" status. The only exception to that are OLED monitors. But OLED's have their own issues. Like I said at the start, all depend on what you consider to be important. OLEDs are faster, much better colours, and proper HDR. But they have text fringing and burn-in.

i play games like ark asa some fps and horror games and star trek online.
Your drip feeding us information, you shouldn't be struggling for FPS with a 4070ti although ark asa can be very demanding at epic settings.

Are your struggling for FPS at 4k ?

I've just replaced an Acer Predator 27" IPS which failed after 9 years sterling service with a 27" LG OLED 27GS95QE-B which cost £600.

The major differences are:
Text was clearer on the IPS - there is fringing on the OLED, but this can be minimised somewhat using different cleartext settings.
The LG seems slightly smaller, even though both monitors are called 27"
The LG seems way smoother, much faster response time. Variable refresh rate works great.
The OLED colours and contrast completely blow the Acer's IPS panel away. HDR looks incredible in games. Even without HDR watching TV and movies on the monitor is much nicer.
You have to deal with the OLED's maintenance modes that help reduce burn-in. No such issues on an IPS.

Note that many OLEDs have glossy screens, which improve contrast but are awful for reflections. I chose the LG because it had a matt screen.

Does the display port work, have you tried it?

Stuttering can be many things is it just that game ?

yes just on ark and my display port seems to be working fine just not the hdmi so couldent use ps5 on the monitor
So do you want a 4k monitor like your Asus which is 144hz , anything above that will be hard to achieve.

Otherwise you could drop to1440p and get a nice oled monitor like the LG above would is decent for £600.
