Need a little help please if u would? pc upgrades!

on a budget of 150 pounds and need to upgrade a pc with a DDR2 MBoard, Chip, Graphics card...

been a few years since i upgraded a comp and alots changed lol so really need some kind person to help me

can stretch to 200 if need

also needs it play Wow, everquest2, portal2...

gigabyte board is just cool cos my last one was same make and lasted ages, is it a good one or should i look for another a few more quid higher?

noob alert, aint looked into cores etc so im a lil nooby on the subject, really need to look into that asap

so do i need ddr2 or ddr3 for the board or shall i just scrap my ddr2 for 3's
