Yes they will all work together, but you'd be mad to get a x1950XT. Get an 8800 GTS 320MB for a few £ more, change the e6600 to a e4300 (they both clock to 3ghz and give identical performance in games). Much faster in games and slightly cheaper :D

edit: 500W should be enough, but go for a 520W Corsair if your buying. If you aren't then ensure that there are combined 26A on the 12V rail for the 8800 GTS

2nd edit: get an after-market cooler for the CPU. A scythe ninja or tuniq tower would do nicely

how come the 8800 is better than the x1950 ?
the ati has these:
625MHz Core
1800MHz GDDR3 Extreme performance memory

where as the 8800 has these:
550MHz Core
320MB 1600MHz GDDR3 Memory

;s

edit:
doesnt matter, i cant afford a better PSU anyway, so ill jst stick to the ati :)
maybe ill upgrade in april or somthing

While the speeds are better you have to remember the 8800GTS is a dx10 GFX card and hence why it is much faster. If you cant really afford it then stick with the x1950 its a greta card and will own in most current games :) Do remember though that the PSU will be fine as long as it is not a generic unbranded one, as mentioned if you do want a good PSU then the Corsair is by far the best value :)

Dude, remove the competitor link before the mods find out :) Also I'm not too sure about WinPower PSU's (haven't heard of them  :) Never ever, skimp on the PSU when building a computer, its the MOST important part of the computer, if it's a crappy one and it goes 'boom' it will take other components with it (usually). Stick with either Corsair, Enermax, OCZ, Tagan, FSP (Sparkle), Antec and you will be fine :) And so I would say judging by the price of it looks like a very weak PSU...

You need to remove the link to the competitor, it's against forum rules.

Looking at the PSU an dthe price i would edge my bets and say no. Really need to see what the 12v rails are to give a definative answer.

Clock speed just says how many cycles are done in a second, it doesn't tell you what is performed in those cycles. Because of the large numbers of unified shaders the 8800 can perform much more in a cycle than the x1950 can. The only use clock speed has is to compare different makes of the same card.
