Need a little help with Stag Do

I went to Amsterdam last year and honestly its one of the places you have to go in your lifetime.

As for booking the group holiday me and 5 of my mates all sorted out how much the total cost of accommodation and flights would be all together and just split it 6 ways. Thats the easiest and fairest option really.

what other way would people do it?
 
Went to Amsterdam last month, £50 for return flights with Easyjet, add £8 per hold luggage, and an extra £4something for VISA Debit charge, if you know someone with Electron then there is no charge.

Stayed at a hotel called hotel83 directly opposite the peep show in the heart of the RLD, it has three floors of rooms, with those killer stairs!!!!

See that isnt too bad you had 6 of you and you knew who was going.

In our case I have to tell everyone how much it is first so they can decided if they can afford it or not.
My list has 20 odd names on it but I know not everyone will go, this is the bit I am struggling with a little bit. If I gave everyone a price then by the time I get confirmation off everyone the price goes up then what ?

Its all new to me this is, so I do appreciate the help you guys have given me so far, can anyone advise on what to do regarding the issue raised in this post.
