Need a Mini/Micro IDE cable?!?

Hi,

I've got a PC that needs fixing. Its a Mini Q IXT sized system.

I need a IDE cable to replace the cable for the Optical drive, but the motherboard connector is half sized.
Optical side is normal IDE size, but motherboard end it's got 40 pins, but is barely over an inch long.

Anyone seen one before? or know where i can get one?!

Sounds like it could be a laptop style IDE connector. If it is that, then it's quite simple to find an adapter but I obviously can't post competitor links on this forum.
