Need a new business ISP

We currently have Eclipse and I have two very basic issues that need resolving. I've called them twice and given up after 10 minutes. I've started 2 tickets with no reply after nearly a week and online chat they seemed to just give up replying.

So, had enough and looking to move to another ISP - any suggestions?

What type of connection do you require?

We use Spitfire and their customer support has been excellent.

Depends what kind of connection you're looking for.
We are using a 200mb leased line over a 1GB barer and I can very much recommend the ISP that supplies us (as they own all of the fibre rather than lease it - making support a lot easier).
But of course this is "higher-end" connectivity.

Thanks for the replies. We just use vanilla broadband accounts with email provided by eclipse too. Nothing fancy.

We have 8 connections, 1 domain name and 10 user email accounts.

Normal broadband with decent tech support? Probably AAISP or Zen.

We have TalkTalk Business, never had a problem, never even had to phone customer services.
