Need a new Graphics Card

What you linked is also good. id say just get that. If you are capable of changing case then i can help and you can get a much better card as you arent limited to low profile ones.

I am looking for the best low profile card and i also might look at changing the case
 
Changing to a new case could be problematic... the PSU is probably non-standard screw layout and theres a good chance the motherboard won't properly mount on standard ATX/mATX layouts...

Depends on what you want to do but that GPU isn't really up to newer games.

You can find a low profile (swapable bracket) 8600GT if you search around (don't think OCuk do them). Which wouldn't be totally awful performance wise and low power requirements.

Dont really play a lot of games i just surf the net or watch movie or play FM08 I am also looking for a NIC Card
