My Harddrive as just died again [making the clicking sound as my pc trys to bootup]with everything on it so it looks like am gona have to go out and get a new one but which one to get.I have tryed checking the warrenty on the WDsite but it ran out acouple of weeks ago:mad:.The pain is i was saving to get a new case as my one now looks like i have kicked it everywhere so my budget for a new HD is only about £45ish.I have alway got Westerndigital HDs but am open to try another one as long as it dosn't died after a few weeks

If you read the responses to similar questions on here you'll find that overall every make is the work of the Devil to someone. All HDD makes go though bad patches but I'm not aware of any being in one at the moment. Buy whichever brand you want and the largest you can afford. For
£45 you're looking at the 250GB, possibly 320GB, range.

I was looking at a "Seagate Barracuda 7200.10 320GB ST3320620AS SATA-II 16MB Cache - OEM" for £45.81 is that anygood
