Need a new laptop screen

So, threw a hissy fit and broke the screen on my HP laptop

I removed the old screen easily enough hoping to get some info as I can't remember the model number, found 3 barcodes and did a Web search but found nothing, I'm posting in the hope someone can perhaps give me some info on the model number
