Need a new monitor for gaming

Hi guys as from my other thread my monitor is on its last legs and I need a new one and ive got a list of a few I would like your opinons on please. I will be mostly using it for gaming as in FPS (bf2 ect) and MMO's (eq2 and swtor possibly eve again) and I have a budget of £300 max.

I'd go for the U2412M: IPS, not 1080p (full fat 1920x1200), led backlight, good quality matte coating.

Those 27" are 1080p so are missing 'a few' pixels and will not be as crisp. 120hz monitors are nice but their TN panels are generally horrible.

I just got the asus ve27 8q ,I am very pleased with it ,also someone posted in the threads back a bit with mine about the 6q and said they were pleased with that too.
