Need a new PSU

The PSU in my second system finally died, so going to order a replacement but unsure what wattage I actually need, hoping somebody can help me out.

The system:

Nforce 750i 775 motherboard
Q8300 CPU
4x 512MB DDR2 533mhz
1.5GB GeForce 9600GSO
120mm fans on the front/rear and a 250mm one on the side
3x 160GB SATA 1 HDD's (7200rpm iirc)
2x 74GB SCSI U320 15K HDD's
1x 147GB SCSI U320 10K HDD
Adaptec 29160 SCSI Card
