Currently have a Belkin and I'm now sick to death with it. lots of disconnections, impossible to connect via wireless etc.

So what would you recommend for a reliable router? Don't need N speeds, but need something reasonably good, and very reliable. don't have a price range but don't want to pay more than necessary.

Thanks :D

Netgears with custom firmware have proven to be pretty good - I've also had bad experiences with Belkin routers and their shoddy firmware (UPnP crashing, random reboots, you name it).

For a really good router though the Draytek's are meant to be excellent, and far less prone to dying under a large number of connections...

As per normal each model seems to have its own merits, so I'd look up reviews before taking the plunge

Draytek 2820 might be a little pricey but worth it.
You could still get your hands on a 2800 though, we use both in work and never have any bother with them.

The best router I've ever used is a Netgear DG834G (reliable and great connection) ... Thompson 565v6 is cheap as chips but super reliable.
