While definitely good and also cheap for it, Ninja 5 is complete overkill for only 8 cores and really huge space hog:

Price performance & the fact that Intel doesn't offer much in the way of upgrading to a Newer generation CPU at a later date. AMD does offer that for Zen 3 (Due out later this year) with Current AM4 Motherboards. Intels current Socket 1151 Motherboards wont be supporting Intels 'comet lake' CPU's, a new motherboard would be required.

Yep. It's the same case with Phanteks own RGB Fans, No idea if said fans are any good, I doubt that they will be PWM for that price though (PWM means you can control the fan RPM speed via the motherboard or by a PWM Fan controller) If they are fixed speed you could buy some adaptors to lower their RPM speed or '7volt mod' them.
