Need a quiet but efficient 939 hs/fan

Need some advice please.

My Arctic Colling Freezer 64 Pro is too loud.

What should i replace it with? Must be as quiet as possible but just as efficient in cooling if that is possible.

Does it require much skill replacing the fan or are the fittings the same?

Just seen the scythe infinity - also has a 120mm fan and the noise output from it's fan (23.5db) is pretty much the same as the nexus (22.8db) Would that be as good?
