If your willing to pay, you could grab some cheap web hosting and use that.

Try Dropbox and add the mp3 to public folder then grab the url.

Assuming it's not massive - say less than 10GB and the bandwidth in a month isn't huge - say less than 2TB then I could host for you.

Easily less than 10GB! and the band width wouldn't be that big in a month.
