Need a sound (microphone recorder)!!

Urgently as I have to do a voice over for my college documentary which is in for tomorrow!

I can't use the Windows one because it's playing up, just need a basic one that will record from my mic and export to mp3/wma or whatever!

Can't think of any at all!

if you already have nero installed, there is a bundled app called nero wave editor which will do the job.

failing that, download and install audacity - it's free - http://audacity.sourceforge.net/

Define playing up? If the quality's poor then software won't help.

Give Audacity a try anyway in the meantime.
