Need a witty joke/image for the end of a presentation

Probably not going to get lynched for this but worth a try

. A senior colleague has just made a rather strange request. He wants me to think/find a worthy joke and/or image to finish a presentation praising the work of a fellow colleague based on any of the following themes; atherosclerosis, lipoprotein metabolism, hyperlipidemia & cardiovascular disease.

GD can be great for stuff like this.......many thanks
