Need Advice for 3rd GPU(PHYSX)

Hi people,i currently have 2 gpus,bfg 280gtx in sli...however i wish to add a third just for physx...is a 9600 ok or is this overkill?

9600 is a bad choice imo as its only 64 SPs - but I don't really see the need for another card for physx atm and when there is the need I'd imagine there would be more powerful options.

problem is i cannot get 3 bfg 280gtx oc on a extreme rampage 2 board(x58),third one dont fit and the usb connector gets in the way on the mobo.also the back of the gpu in slot 3 dont fit the back of the antec 1200 case...so i thought i would go for a physx card..what do you advise?

you realise that by adding a 3rd card you hamper your overall performance?
When only running 2 cards both slots run x16 x16, with 3 cards in the 3 lanes run x16 x8 x8, its a gimmick put onto X58 boards to fool you into spending more money

i heard you can fit 3 cards on a Rampage II Extreme and i have the antec 1200, what's stopping you from adding the third card, Hard drives?

Can't be done anyway, unless Nvidia's already launched SLi2.
