Need advice on O/C bundles and upgrade help

Hey,

I'm looking to upgrade my tower components only. I'm looking to upgrade because I'm bored of having low graphics and low fps on CS:GO. This is the only game i use my PC for so I would like to upgrade around that please - aiming to get 100+ fps on max settings. I currently get ~30-50fps on low.

My current specs are -

MSI FM2-A55M-E33 Motherboard
AMD A6-5400K Dual Core Processor @ 3.60Ghz
4Gb DDR3 Memory @ 1333MHz
Nvidia GTX 460 v2 Graphics card
Evo Labs 500w Power supply unit

Would this be sufficient in getting what i want? Would i need to upgrade my gfx card as well or would my 460 be sufficient? I wouldn't be looking to do any overclocking myself, I've only chose this one as afaik CS:GO is cpu intensive.

I have a budget of say £400.

I'd appreciate the help, I'm so out the loop now on components.

With those builds would i need to get a heatsink and fan or do they come with one a stock one as standard??

Thanks for your help mate. Went for this build, came to £412 with sunday delivery - finally i will have decent fps!
