Need advice on the h70

Looking at buying a h70 but have read that the fans provided by Corsair are very loud on load so I'm looking to replace them.

Need advice on which 120mm fans would provide the best cooling(push and pull setup) yet not sound like a jet about to take off.

I have heard that the Noctua NF-p12 are good but they cost a lot.

Any ideas?

Thanks for the replys, Ill check out that CPU cooler.

Also heard that - http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=HS-005-PL is very good. And its in the weekly sale

Edit* Would the h60 be a good option also?
