The RAF don't operate the AC-130 nor do any other world air force except the USAF which is the Sole operator.
AC-130's aren't that uncommon to the UK but its generally for fuel stopovers either at RAF Mildenhall or Prestwick.
We don't have the AN 255 anyway, it was a Herc.
Herc's no longer operate out of Lyneham, they have moved to their new home at RAF Brize Norton![]()
