Need an upgrade!

Hi, I'm looking to upgrade my system as I've noticed my CPU topping out when I stream games, and this seems to be causing lagging in my stream. I'm thinking about upgrading the CPU, the motherboard and possibly the RAM as well. My build and my current possible upgrades are listed below.

Any comments welcome, particularly if I've missed something that would make it completely unworkable!

Try overclocking your CPU first and see if that helps, otherwise just drop an i7 3770k in there.

I never overclocked a CPU before. Do you expect it will make a significant difference? How do I go about doing it?

Never mind, read an article about it, overclocked to 4GHz. Seems to be fine under stress test, but I'll test the streaming stuff tomorrow.
