Need cpu cooler

i need a cpu cooler that just bolts onto the motherboard, or screws on, and DOESN'T require the black riser thing that most cpu coolers clip onto. It's for a socket 939 CPU, doesn't matter how good it is, i just need one that doesn't clip onto the riser and just bolts into the motherboard, as the riser is missing

The only types I am aware of are the ones which use the risers or require you to remove the motherboard and install a backplate to bolt onto...
