Need desperate help

11th gen would require a new motherboard. If you do decide that a CPU upgrade is the answer then a 9900kf might be a better option. Can be found for not much more, has 2 more cores and 4 more threads and wouldn't need you to buy a new motherboard.
I doubt his B365m pro vdh will cut it with a 9900k so may need a new board anyway.

I purchased the new 11600k with Asus ROG STRIX B460-H mobo, thank you for the recommendation

You will likely need to update the bios before that CPU will work but should be fine to do that as the board has bios flashback.

Let us know how you get on once everything's up and running.

Run Memtest. Follow the instructions. You have stated that this has not been tested.

All you need is a USB, install Memtest and run it after BIOS and boot from it.....

RAM OK, it will pass, RAM faulty, FAIL. Fail RMA RAM. Pass move on to next part. Memtest86 is quite easy to use.

The 9400F CPU is only a few years old...That must be a poorly optimised PC game to crash PC. And also check CPU cooler/or replace CPU cooler to see if properly fixed to CPU heatsink...with thermal paste freshly done preferably.
I ran memtest, took a long time but it came out all good, people say warzone is poorly optimised so that must be it, bit unfortunate but at least I can future proof myself with an upgrade too

Yess, i will make sure to update the bios, and will do, appreciate the help

Just loaded up warzone and goes to about 90 degrees and idle is about 40 degrees, is this down to the cpu fan (pure rock slim 2) or the lack of thermal paste

I would use Cinebench R20, take note of max temp. And then tighten the cooler screws by a quarter-turn if it lets you and it doesn't feel like you are going to damage something. And check max temp again. Temps can vary greatly if the cooler is not tightened enough (though over-tightening can sometimes cause other issues).

This is assuming that by "lack of thermal paste" you meant half of it was smudgy as shown in the pic, and not that you removed it all.
