Need download vid from dropbox - keeps playing in broweser window

As title, a friend is trying to send me a video to edit, its in there drop box, but when i follow the link in firefox it just trys to ruddy play it, iv looked for a plug in to let me download it but no joy, its a .avi file,

right click and then "save target as"?

it wont, its a quicktime movie window in the centre of the screen and its just a greyed out flash movie option with option to buy quicktime pro, annoying
