In my bios i have

CAS latency
RAS to CAS delay
RAS precharge
Precharge Delay
Refresh Cycle Time
Write Recovery Time
Write to Read Delay
Act to Act time
Read to Precharge
Command rate

whould should I put in each on GEIL 4-4-4-12 RAM? (running 4gb of it)

In my bios i have

CAS latency - 4
RAS to CAS delay - 4
RAS precharge - 4
Precharge Delay - 12
Refresh Cycle Time - 44
Write Recovery Time - 14
Write to Read Delay - 11
Act to Act time - auto
Read to Precharge - 6
Command rate - 2t

whould should I put in each on GEIL 4-4-4-12 RAM? (running 4gb of it)

Trying these voltages which are recommended on the GEIL webby

Boots up fine but I still think theres something wrong with it. My vista install is slowly getting corrupted but this only happens when I use 4 sticks of ram in any order. If I use 2/3 its rock solid

Have you set the voltage to 2.1v?

And up the northbridge (MCH) voltage by 0.1v for 4 sticks.

yep and yep, 2.1v through ram and 1.4v through MCH and still the same

Running everest on my main pc now and it says the memory timings are 5-5-5-18-23-42-3-6-3-3 at 800mhz so im gonna give that a go and see if its stable

Well the first 4 must be 4-4-4-12
Rest I have no idea, I just left it @ defaults.

1 Notch extra on the NB from stock and 2.15 V on the RAM.

System likes the 4-4-4-12 settings which I posted at the start, just doing a system restore to test whether my system isnt still corrupting files when they go through the memory

I had problems with 4 sticks of GeIL on my GA965p-DS3. So bought 2x2gb OCZ instead. Tried memtest on 1/2/3/4 sticks (Took a week and a half!) and it only ever failed when 4 sticks were in. Bought another board (The rev3.3) and same problems with that.

mestested each module at 4-4-4-12 and -5-5-5-15 and all are completely stable. Its just when I use 4 sticks it goes dodgy -.-

Just been reading on the abit forums and some other people have the same problems as me when using all 4 dimm slots and they recommend sticking the MCH to 1.5v and the ICS to 1.55 then 2.2v through the ram. Any potential damage from running at such high voltages?

Ok just re read your thread (on the IP35 Pro increasing the MCH (memory controller hub) voltage from 1.25 to about 1.4 tends to fix most 4GB stability issues...don't know if the non-pro bios has the same option) So that is not working.

latest Bios update?

After that the trail runs cold soz m8

Tired this and more. Heres the list

Memtested each module by itself then alternated dimm sockets to see if one was dodgy.

Raised the MCH to 1.4 then to 1.5 to test stability of all 4 dimms - no change

Raised dimm voltage from everything like 1.8 to 2.3 and no change

Lowered timings from 4-4-4-12 (rated) to 5-5-5-15 then 5-5-5-18 and no change

Lowered RAM FSB from 800 (normal) to 666 and lower - no change

Got all the vista 64 updates baring sp1 which I can now install but ive lost hope in it.

Running with 3gb atm and a random stick of GEIL is sat on my desk in front of me

edit - gone from revision 11 to rev 14 on the bios as well (latest)
