need exact GEIL ULL ram timings

The last recommendation i can think of is:

remove all memory/reset cmos

Insert 1 stick into dimm socket nearest CPU. Power up enter Bios and enter recommended timings and ram voltage recommended 1.9v. Leave all other voltages set at auto

CAS latency 4
RAS to CAS delay4
RAS precharge 4
Precharge Delay 12
Refresh Cycle Time Auto
Write Recovery Time Auto
Write to Read Delay Auto
Act to Act time Auto
Read to Precharge Auto
Command rate Auto

Power down and insert remaining modules.
