need FAST advice! Budget GPU with a time limit

Hi guys! Need urgent advice (unrelated to my previous posts..)

My friend has a budget spec i3 build that he needs a basic graphics card tonight or tomorrow.

What's the best GPU for £30-40? He's got last year's i3 so I was thinking NVidia 730?

If you go to the MM if you have access of course, try and pick up a second hand card... in your price range... something along the lines of a GTX560ish or similar... still good cards
