Absolutley loving this game so far but one question i gotta ask is that when you start your career you start out with a nice tricked out Beemer M3, my fave car and something i owned at one point but anyways :o . As you race a bit on, you finally end up racing Razor or whatever his name is.

Anyways the question i wanted to ask for the guys who are currently playing this or have played this is that in that race with RAzor....are you supposed to lose??, i was well ahead of him until i got taken out by a cop car or some other car...cant remember and saw that Razor flew past me. Problem being is that my oil sump was smashed to pieces as i tend to drive on the sidewalk hehe, i like knocking things down etc etc. So i couldnt really catch up to him, as i had the lass saying that i left an oil spill and i need to get my car fixed. But by then it was too late as the tow truck came and towed my ride away therefore giving Razor my car.

So is this supposed to happen or is it that i just got unlucky??. Im actually making my way back up to meet him again because i want some revenge and fancy laying the smackdown on him:).

As for that Mia??...mmmm now shes hot..she can ride with me anytime :p:D

I like this game a lot, especially running and evading the police and their many tricks :p

Its supposed to happen.

Plot of game = you get screwed over and lose your car, you then race up the blacklist to reclaim your car.

Cheers Nismo, was actually waiting for you to reply :p because i know you have mentioned this game a few times.

Oh well time to get cracking on beating the rest of these blacklist chumps :D

Currenty working my way through this game, think im number 3 on the blacklist atm. Its quite an easy game overall but getting the bounty is bloody hard! I've got to get another million before i can race number 2, but the police have turned mental! Looks like thier driving vipers or something!

I am quite concerned that you seemed to miss the entire plot of the game!! What about when that guy leaned in the window and said "hehe hows your car runnin?" I mean seriously! Dude! Put down the beer, theres more to life! ;) lol just kidding m8.

Although that is kinda the whole plot being as you were racing Razor initially for a lower spot and it was with your BMW that he managed to climb to No1.

This was a great game, slowdown wasnt as bad as ppl said. Got repetetive at times and im sure glad i managed to use the 'balcony' glitch to get the higher bounties. Woulda taken months otherwise.

Boooo, i did it without any glitch :p

The very last outrun at end of the game got a bit annoying though

Explain the glitch ?

im number 6 on the blacklist and loving this game! got a few nice cars and really enjoy it :p

If you get into a chase, you can drive up onto the ledge outside the big glass bus station (fairly central on the map) and the police rarely follow you up there. They will continue smashing about below you, thus racking up bounty while you are just sat there.

You can then reverse into the bus station and hide when you want to end the chase.

(that was a very loose description by the way ;))

Never saw you post it, I got the info from Gamefaqs and posted it on here a few months ago.

(not saying that you didn't post it though! :p)

I played the demo and thought it was pretty good, quite nice graphics, but does the framerate stutter in the full game like the demo does??

I enjoyed this game up to about the 6th on the blacklist and then it got REALLY tedious, it went back to the store on the 10 day policy, only time I have ever done this.

Some people say it does, i havent noticed any framerate stuttering but then im too busy enjoying the gfx and game itself.

EDIT: I heard from somewhere that taking the corners, it does stutter a bit ie slows down etc but like i said i havent really noticed anything like it. Tonight ill pay more attention to the framerate.......actually forget that i got better things to do like get my beemer back for a start:p

Finally completed this game tonight! Have had it on rental for over 2 weeks! :p

Overall I found it to be an excellent game. It doesn't deserve half the stick it gets. Graphics I thought were very good, and as for slowdown issues, I found it to be barely noticable and didn't affect my gameplay experience what so ever.
Also, cop chases are very, very fun! ;)

To anyone whose considering it, definatly worth a rental at least. :)
