EA just released a decent patch which includes some free console paid for DLC (not that it amounts to much but still its free along with a few technical fixes like uncapped 30FPS finally)

only good if you like being force fed race after race untill there are no more races to finish

oh and there are some arcade style cutscenes to get through (press X button to proceed) and some 'vehicle change points' thats about it really

Im sure EA said they were going to release a patch to get the game running @ 60fps.

So give it a year or two and buy it then for cheapnesss and 60fps

Having voice chat in a RACING game is just...weird to me.

What exactly are you going to say thats pertinent to the game,

"You **** you hit my car", "You passed me you ****", "Your skill is **** get a grip noob"

Oh I see now, its for openly abusing other players

But I don't understand why game companies think we want voice comms in all our games, in a racing game it just makes no sense you're not in a team or anything so theres no strategy to discuss. Madness.
