Need FPS tips!

Currently playing (well, I say that!) Crysis Wars, but I'm also absolute carp at TF2, CSS, COD4. In fact the only thing I'm reasonable at is Red Orchestra as it's a little more tactical!
 
Yea, I try to pre-empt people, but don't know many of the levels well enough at the moment! I guess that just comes with time...

Guess it depends on the situation-if you have a chance to snipe and pick somebody off there isn't anything to stop you headshotting...
 
Awesome tips guys, keep em coming! I've been playing some Crysis Wars and not coming last every game which is a pleasant start! Does anybody else play it by the way? Would be nice to get a little OCUK game going! My s/n is manic111...
