need free voice chat prog NOT vent or TS

anything that will enable me and 2 friends to talk while we play games.

i know msn can do 2 people but i dont think it can do 3.

it will only be now and again so i dont wanna shell out fo a ventrilo server or teamspeak .. is there any software that will do this ??

Teamspeak is free (isn't it)? It's only the new(ish) Vent that you have to get through an 'approved' host. TS2 and (older) Vent can be set up for free.

I used to use Roger Wilco - seemed to work quite well.

Also, can't you just use the new Friends/Communities feature in Steam? I thought they'd added voice comms to that too?
